Gate 2010 Results
1. GATE 2010 results will be announced on March 15, 2010 at 10:00 hrs. at GATE offices and on the websites of IISc and seven IITs.

2. GATE 2010 score is valid for TWO YEARS from the date of announcement of the GATE 2010 results.

3. The GATE results will be made available to interested organizations (educational institutions, R & D laboratories, industries, etc.) in India and abroad based on written request by the organization and on payment. Details can be obtained from GATE Chairmen of IITs/IISc.

4. The machine-gradable Optical Response Sheets (ORS) are graded and scrutinized with extreme care. There is no provision for re-grading and re-totaling. No photocopies of the machine-gradable Optical Response Sheets (ORS) will be made available. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

Systematic preparation is only the way to qualify the GATE 2010 and all public sector exams. Following these suggestions one can get success in GATE and public sector exams.

1. Bring previous 10 to 15 years GATE exam question papers (GATE exam questions are available very easily in the market). We believe if you practice to solve the entire GATE questions from the previous asked (at least 10 years) you can definitely qualify the GATE exam.

2. Another important fact is: do not answer wrong during the GATE examination even your total score is only 40 to 50 % (mostly people could not qualify GATE exam because they attempt to answer wrong question).

3. Keep in mind, most of the time negative marking is only responsible to the failure.
