The
Franchisee shall have the privilege of informing
the Franchisor in writing and addressed and
delivered to the Designated Correspondent of
the Franchisor, of its intention, desire and
firm request to discontinue as a Franchisee.
Said communication has to be delivered at least
six months prior to the date from which the
Franchisee intends to discontinue.
In such case, the Franchisee will surrender,
transfer, relinquish, extinguish all the Franchisee
rights in favour of the Franchisor or the designated
person of the Franchisor on or before the said
date, and then after the expiry of one month
from the said date the Franchisor shall credit
an amount equal to 50% of the Franchisee Fee
to the account of the Franchisee. |
